Meet your Acceleration coach this term in the gym to get better today for AFL, Baseball, Basketball, Cricket, Dancing, Diving, Fencing, Football, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Netball, Rugby, Swimming and Tennis.
These sport specific sessions are 60 minutes of concentrated core stability, flexibility training and strength training. For athletes aged 10 and up, these run during the school terms in the evenings.
