Your coach has designed an 8 week program to improve your strength, stability and flexibility for your sport.

Acceleration specialises in helping athletes gain quickness and agility. Focus on your speed and cut time off your 45-60m sprint with the coaches. Slot these 45 minute speed training sessions into your week to get faster today!

Program Details

  • Brisbane East:
    • Sessions run from 5:30 -6:15 PM on Mondays.
    • Sessions cost $80.
  • Gold Coast:
    • Sessions run from 5:30 -6:15 PM on Wednesdays.
    • Sessions cost $80.

Speed Group Training Sessions include:

  • Stability (Deep System and Steering System)
  • Dynamic Warm-up (Running Form)
  • Speed & Agility (Movement System)
  • Recovery
